Randal Bays joins us for tea. Randal was a founding member of the Portland Ceili Society and I grew up dancing to his music. I even had the opportunity to do an internship with him at his record label while I was in collage. He is a teacher, performer and community organizer. Today he is offering an incredible music program online. I’m excited to hear his perspective and story.
