What is Lark Camp? Lark Camp is a magical place many of us disappear to for 8 days every summer. A place where you can unplug and be immersed in folk traditions from all over the world, and I mean all over. The pandemic has moved Lark Camp online, but the spirit is still there.
I have asked the folks at Lark to join us and talk about how such a magical place got started and how they are continuing to bring the joy of tradition, song, music and dance into our lives.
I have always had a soft spot for Lark, having grown up in the Albion woods, just few miles south of the Mendocino Woodlands, it has been a full circle journey for me to join the camp staff. Over the years I have been honored to bring what I have learned back to this community that gave me so much.
