Sean-nos Reels for all Levels
In this course we have individual recordings for each step broken down and practice videos at various tempos. Also included in the course are 24 hours of zoom classes covering Beginner, Intermediate and Advance levels. In addition there are several bonuses including a music resource page with downloadable practice recordings. The course is designed to grow with you as a dancers and included tips and tricks on how to create your own steps as well as design your own performance routine. All videos are pre-recorded and can be taken at your own pace.

Beginners Overview
This course we will dance in the tempo range of 60-80 BPM. We will learn the step at 60 BPM and build up to 80 BPM. Our goal at the end of each week is to be able to dance the steps at 80 BPM. Weeks 1-5 we will learn 11 steps. The first week will focus on getting the basic movement and vocabulary into your feet and we will learn to shuffle and learn three steps from the routine. Weeks 2-5 will learn two steps a week and review and practice the previous material. In week 6 you will decided if you want to dance these steps in a mapped out routine, half mapped or unmapped. Once you have decided how you want to dance them the following weeks are focused on practicing your routine.
Intermediate Overview
This course will dance in the tempo range of 80-100 BPM. We will learn the step at 80 BPM and build up to 100 BPM. Our goal at the end of each week is to be able to dance the steps at 100 BPM. Weeks 1-5 we will learn 11 steps. The first week will focus on learning or reviewing the first three step and then introducing variations. Weeks 2-5 will learn two steps a week, several variations and practice the previous weeks material. In week 6 you will decided if you want to dance these steps in a mapped out routine, half mapped or unmapped. Once you have decided how you want to dance them the following weeks are focused on creating and practicing your routine.
Advance Overview
This course will dance in the tempo range of 100-120 BPM. We will learn the step at 100 BPM and build up to 120 BPM. Our goal at the end of each week is to be able to dance the steps at 120 BPM. Weeks 1-5 we will learn 11 steps. The first week will focus on learning or reviewing the first three step and then introducing variations. Weeks 2-5 will learn two steps a week, several variations and practice the previous weeks material. In week 6 you will decided if you want to dance these steps in a mapped out routine, half mapped or unmapped. Once you have decided how you want to dance them the following weeks are focused on creating and practicing your routine. Advanced dancers are encouraged to create their own step and variations. I will guide you through this process and demystify step creation.
